Cookie policy

This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use at Nooki and how you can manage them. It applies article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the cookie guidelines of the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file downloaded to your device when you visit a website, which makes it possible to store and retrieve information about your browsing. We also use equivalent technologies, such as pixels and local storage.

2. Your consent

The first time you visit you'll see a banner where you can accept all, reject all (except the strictly necessary ones, which the shop can't work without) or set your preferences by category. You can change your decision at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We don't install non-essential cookies before obtaining your consent.

3. Types of cookies we use

3.1. Technical or necessary (no consent required)

They make browsing, the basket, sign-in, checkout security and load balancing work. They're mainly managed by Shopify (for example _secure_session_id, cart, _shopify_y, keep_alive). Without them the shop doesn't work.

3.2. Preference cookies

They remember your choices, such as language, delivery country or currency.

3.3. Analytics or measurement cookies

They help us understand how the shop is used so we can improve it: most-viewed pages, traffic sources and aggregated behaviour. Providers: Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.).

3.4. Advertising and behavioural cookies

They let us measure how well our campaigns work and show you relevant ads. Providers: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), TikTok Pixel (TikTok Technology Ltd.) and Google Ads. They're only activated if you give your consent.

4. Duration

We use session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, lasting a maximum of 24 months, after which you'll be asked for your consent again.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, covered by adequacy decisions or by Standard Contractual Clauses. See the Privacy policy.

6. How to turn them off in your browser

As well as our settings panel, you can block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Bear in mind that turning off technical cookies may stop the shop working properly.
