These conditions govern the purchase of products in the Nooki online shop, the trading name of VALUANT ADVISORY GROUP, S.L. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Seller identification

2. Who can buy
To buy from Nooki you must be over 18 and have legal capacity to enter into a contract. We sell to end consumers in Spain and in the European Union countries shown during checkout.
3. Products and information
We show every product as faithfully as we can: photographs, materials, dimensions, recommended age and safety warnings. Photographs are indicative, and there may be small variations in tone or grain inherent to natural wood, which are not a defect.
In accordance with article 19 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR), on every product page we publish the identity of the manufacturer, that of the responsible economic operator in the European Union, the safety warnings and the traceability information.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown separately before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to change prices, but the price in force when you place your order will always apply.
When we announce a price reduction, we'll state the lowest previous price applied during the preceding 30 days, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/2161 and Real Decreto-ley 7/2021.
5. How to order
Add the products to your basket, review the order, enter your delivery and billing details, choose a payment method and confirm. Before the final payment you'll see a full summary with the total price, shipping costs and taxes. You'll receive order confirmation by email; the contract is concluded at that point.
6. Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards, plus any additional methods shown at checkout (for example Bizum, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Payment is processed in a secure, encrypted environment. Nooki does not store your full card details.
7. Availability
If a product turns out to be unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll tell you as soon as possible and you can choose to wait, swap it or cancel with a full refund within a maximum of 14 days.
8. Shipping and delivery

9. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. The conditions and the procedure are set out in our Returns policy.
10. Legal guarantee of conformity
All our products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, in accordance with Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 as currently worded. If the product is not in conformity, you have the right to have it repaired or replaced and, failing that, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. Write to us at hola@nooki.es with your order number and a description of the problem.
11. Product safety
Our products comply with Directive 2009/48/EC on the safety of toys and the applicable EN 71 harmonised standards, and they carry CE marking. Always respect the recommended age and the warnings shown on the product page and on the packaging. Toys with small parts are not suitable for children under 36 months. 12. Complaints
You can send any complaint to hola@nooki.es. We hold official complaint forms available to consumers. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Partial invalidity
If any clause is declared void, the rest of these conditions will remain fully valid.
14. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of habitual residence within the European Union.
