Why the tangram does not get boring

Frequently asked questions

Is it any good for a 3-year-old?

We do not recommend it. The small parts are a real risk at that age and the cards will frustrate them. At 4 it starts to make sense; at 5 and 6 is when it really takes hold.

Can it be taken travelling?

That is exactly what the metal tin is for. It fits in a bag, closes properly and there is no board to set up. Restaurant, waiting room, plane.

Are the pieces really wood?

Yes. They are painted, but the edge shows the grain and the thickness. It is not pressed card or plastic.

Does it work as a gift?

Very well: the metal tin doubles as a case and needs no wrapping. And given the age range, you get it right even without knowing exactly what birthday it is.

And if they do not like it?
